NattWorld products are manufactured on demand, which means you choose a combination of color and size, and only then do we finish the products. Therefore, we can only grant a right of return (= money back instead of new items) in exceptional cases (see below: damaged or incorrectly delivered items). Please shop smart and avoid, for example, ordering multiple sizes to try on. In these cases, we cannot accept returns.
To ensure that your return can be processed properly, please send an email to: natt@nattworld.shop. Please include the order number and the keyword "Return" in the subject line. In the case of a defective item, please attach photos of the damage to the email.
Damaged or incorrectly delivered items
If the item was delivered incorrectly or arrives damaged, you can choose between a replacement item or a refund. We will refund the cost of returning the original item via bank transfer or PayPal. If a new item needs to be sent, we will cover the costs.
